PAULA NEWELL HALFORD
ADVANCED MANICURIST
Paula is a 2026 graduate of Brown Aveda Institute in Mentor, Ohio. She specializes in manicure and pedicure services for all using both gel/ shellac and lacquer polishes. She loves taking nail art inspo and making it her own - playing with color, shape, and theme to create something a little abstract and always fun. A proud member of Gen-X, Paula is thrilled to be joining the "Pink Collar" ranks at what she likes to call an advanced age. Though she grew up in Texas, Paula has lived in Ohio long enough to officially call herself a "Yankee". She resides in Chardon with her husband Mark (CHS class of 1987) and their mini Labradoodle, Basil Alfredo. She's mom to their adult daughter Reagan and Mama P to her fellow BAI classmates and new co-workers. Paula is so excited to be a member of the Polished Team.
MORGAN
ADVANCED MANICURIST
Morgan is a 2026 graduate of Brown Aveda Institute in Mentor, Ohio. She specializes in builder gel, gel/shellac polish, natural nails, pedicures, and simple nail art. When not at work, Morgan enjoys going to rock concerts.

ADVANCED MANICURIST
Britt is a 2026 graduate of Brown Aveda Institute in Mentor, Ohio and specializes in acrylics and nail art. She is a proud military veteran who maintained F-15 fighter jets while enlisted. Outside of the salon, Britt enjoys being a mother to her four children.

Haley proudly operates as an Independent Nail Technician at Polished in her hometown of Chardon. She specializes in gel manicures, structured gel manicures, and GelX. As a 2026 graduate of Brown Aveda Institute, Haley is excited to bring creativity, care, and a personalized experience to each appointment. Outside of nails and her full time job, Haley enjoys spending time with her husband, family, friends, and her two pets. She also loves baking sourdough, crocheting, and exploring new restaurants in Cleveland.

Sophia is a proud 2026 graduate of Brown Aveda Institute in Mentor, Ohio and specializes in GelX, builder gel, acrylics, and nail art. When Sophia is not doing nails you can usually find her weightlifting at the gym, spending time outside, or hanging out with her cat. Sophia doesn't take herself too seriously, loves to laugh, and loves to make her clients laugh too!
